|Day 1, Week 7

Well, I've made it through Week 6 and began Week 7 today. This week is 25 minute runs each day. I'm going slowly, but I'm making it through! In three weeks I'll be able to run for 30 minutes straight! Once that's accomplished, I'm going to work on speeding up.
I'm loving this, by the way. It's difficult, but so worth it.
