|Day 2, Week 6

Wow. Today was difficult! Today's run was 5 minute warmup, 10 minutes running, 3 minutes walking, 10 minutes running, 5 minute (or more) cooldown. The first 10 minute run was okay. I think I maintained a decent pace (for me anyways), but when I started the second 10 minute run, I just felt so drained! It was very difficult to make it through the entire 10 minutes, and I know by the end of it I was going extremely slow, but I managed to make it through the entire 10 minutes.
I hope Day 3, which is 25 minutes of running, goes better than today did.
