|Day 1, Week 5

Today burned my muscles! But I did it! I ran super slow the second 5 minute run, because I was a bit too ambitious the first 5 minute run and started out too quickly. This is the first week where each run is different. Day 1 has 5 minutes runs and 3 minutes walks. Day 2 has 8 minute runs with 3 or 5 minute walks. Day 3 has a 20 minute run! Nervous, but looking forward to it.
